It's so interesting to hear about your thought processes when creating a visual. I think goals are crucial for everything no matter how big or small. Its almost as if goals are a stepping stone for progress. Each goal brings a new challenge towards the bigger goal. Plus, I find the little wins everyone gets are truly rewarding. A relief at times, but also an achievement. I feel they are important to celebrate.
Happiness on the other hand. I consider who makes me smile, who do I wake up and think I want to hang with them. For me it's people. My work makes me happy as I socialise with so many people in such a unique way.
You're doing a great job with your visuals, your progress is amazing to see.
